I've just recently bought my house in Woodley, Reading through Whiteknights and was so impressed with the experience. Really speedy and efficient, they kept me informed at every point along the journey and were incredibly patient with my constant questions! John helped me in every step, never pressuring me to go with any solicitor or mortgage advisor, patiently solving my queries and getting answers from the seller. I think I was incredibly lucky that I got John Bennett as my advisor in this whole process and would wholeheartedly recommend Whiteknights and John to any prospective buyer. Thanks John.

As a buyer i was really not impressed with the telephone manor from Gary, i found him to be insulting and not listening to my requirements, almost like he doesn't have the time in the day, i wont go into the detail as i found it totally unprofessional, i requested for the agent initially to contact the current owner of a property i was interested in to ask a few questions and come back to me, also to understand what the person was selling for and motivation. No call back, no chase up and when i called back it was like groundhog day as if it was my first call.

Used Whiteknights to value our property in 2020 after buying it in 2014. We paid £490k for it and having spent nearly £200k on very significant improvements and a large extension we were hoping for a figure north of £700k after 6 years of market returns. Gary said that he thought it was worth more than £500k but didn't think it would be anything close to £600k. We used Davis Tate instead. They sold it for £695k (the full asking price) within 2 weeks and we even turned down an offer of over £700k as they had a house to sell first. Proof to us that Gary had massively undervalued our house and probably cost us money on our eventual sale price as we decided to market for less than two of our valuations based partly on the Whiteknights valuation. If only estate agents could be held accountable.

I initially bought my house through Whiteknights, and had such a positive experience in dealing with the Woodley office that they were our first choice when selling the property. Both Gary and Phil are efficient, positive and capable agents, always keeping me informed of progress without over exterting pressure when the chain got tough. They also went out of their way to chase up delays in our chain occuring above them, which should have been the job of the seller's agent. This type of focus and support enabled us to complete on both sale and purchase in the timescales agreed, and without their intervention, we would have been in a real spot. Our only disappointment is that they do not cover Wokingham, as we would have loved to have dealt with them to buy our new house too!

Hello, we needed to sell our property quickly but for as much as we could sell it for.
We discussed with WhiteKnights our circumstances and they suggested a realistic selling price to help sell the property quickly, but also at the same time not to undervalue it. Once we agreed a selling price they suggested a good website so we could cross check how much similar properties have sold for in the area - which we thought was very good and our suggested selling price was pretty much bang on.
We did get other agents to do valuations but we felt these were way over priced comparing them to similar properties that have been sold in the area.
WhiteKnights put our property on the market on the Wednesday and it was sold by the Friday evening - and for almost our asking price! WhiteKnights then suggested various solicitors that were reasonably priced, gave good service and were quick! Again we were grateful for this because we do not use solicitors that much.
From selling the house to completion took just under 8 weeks and we could not have been happier with the services we received!!
Most of all WhiteKnights kept us in the loop at all times as to what stage we were at with the sale.
We would certainly recommend WhiteKnights in Woodley to anyone!
