My wife and I were looking for comfortable rental accommodation near to the downsize house we were buying in Dulwich. We had already lost two fairly suitable properties because of delays with the exchange of contracts on our old house. Alan Van came up with an ideal property, a maisonette with two bedrooms and a small room suitable for an office, and most importantly, a lock-up garage to store our overflow possessions such as garden furniture, tools etc. Mr Van kept the property for us until we were finally able to exchange contracts and make a commitment on the maisonette, for one year. Mr Van and Ms Francis did an excellent job for us and we are thus far pleased with the maisonette, which is only a few hundred yards from our new house, which will be renovated over the coming months.
