First of all I am a first time buyer. I was struggling to get a mortgage. I went in to see Mike who was a really nice guy. He did all he could to get me one and succeeded. He found me a very good deal. After that I called to make appointments for viewings. I am a very fussy buyer considering so the agency had there work cut out. I came across this house and fell in love with it as soon as I walked in. Kathy was the lady showing my around. She answered most of my questions and if se couldn't she went away and found them out. As soon as I went home I put the offer in on the house. After a couple of negotiations they accepted. Just from then on it's been really nice and helpful. I have been calling to ask how things are going and nothing was ever too much bother. Not only am I happy with the service of Mike and Kathy. Ellie and Ian were always too. What a great friendly team. It's taken 5 weeks from putting down the offer and exchanging contracts and the whole process has been efficient and calm. Thank you guys. You've helped a fussy client find her dream first home :-)
