Annabel exhibited an energy that I didn't see from any other agent. I felt as if she was continually looking at prospective properties on my behalf and took a personal interest in making sure that the spec fitted my lifestyle. Indeed, the property on which I have now agreed is a perfect fit for my lifestyle albeit I may not have recognised this for myself. Annabel gave me the nudge I needed but in her usual positive, enthusiastic style. I believe she is an asset to the Agency.

This branch charged us a fee that THEIR bank charged THEM to receive our funds for rent. This fee was NOT in the contract and was NOT agreed upon. We paid many months worth of rent up front - thousands of GBP... and still they wouldn't pay their own bank fee? So unprofessional and unethical.... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
