An absolute top class, personal and honest service. Jamie seems genuinely interested to guide you in all aspects of the sale. Willing to answer any questions you may have. The potential buyers have commented how helpful and quick to help Jamie is to reply. Jamie was very knowledgeable with the current property market. All his advice and forecasts ran true. Was very helpful and went in my opinion above and beyond the call of duty when the property sale looked like it may be running into muddy water. I can not rate Jamie and Minerva Homes highly enough. I would use again in a heartbeat. I am very happy with my choice.

I read reviews of another estate in the area which were invaluable in helping me to avoid them. I hope to issue the same warning for others thinking of engaging with Minerva Homes. Worked with Jamie for selling my house. He got me a buyer within 3 weeks of putting the property on market.
