This is possibly the worst estate agents i have ever had to deal with. Once i received the keys for the property a number of faults were identified - none of which have been fixed yet, after 2 lots of rent have been paid. They are pleasant enough on the phone but every time i speak to the lettings agents they say they thought the problem had been sorted. Nobody has contacted me, and nobody has asked about or sorted out the problems. The contractor sent a text message 5 weeks after i got in touch advising he was no longer dealing with it and i had to go direct to the landlord and not the estate agents. Every issue i have had to sort out myself, the estate agents haven't helped and haven't understood any of the issues. They didn't even know how to unlock the front door,
What agent could do to change your mind?
The fees paid were on the premise that the new property was ready to live in, however it is not.
