Short term let. Having been left in a state of panic following the breakdown of negotiations with another agency, Alex was refreshing to deal with. We had signed contracts, payments had been made within 24 hours of initially contacting her and the Landlord was overseas. We had moved in within 5 days and that time included a weekend! Great communication and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Alex

What agent could do to change your mind?
This is my first time renting in the UK - agents fees are generally high and its hard to justify the fees but it seems to be industry standard.

Very poor service, wrong name on documents. Had to be resent 3 times. No gas certificate, boiler had gas leak which wasn't apparent prior to move. Many of faults had been reported by previous tenants but not fixed. No key fobs for automatic doors. Not worth the fee charged. Now deal direct with... Read Full Review
