I bought my property through Haart and the salesman was very good. However, the office support team, headed by Sandra Barnett, who manage the property dealing with solicitors, vendors etc. was absolutely terrible. The communication and ongoing dialogue could not have been any worse. However the rest of the team are good.

By far the most disorganised letting agency I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They do not give you clear instructions about what documents are needed and when they should be completed by, send you documents last minute even though they have had plenty of warning, and don't log details such as paying fees on some central system that can be easily referenced. It's just not the standard I expect from an organisation such as this. I think the worst part is that they charge ridiculous fees for such a poor service.

Began tenancy in 2016 and so far have regretted the decision.
Initially, we agreed a price for rent with one of the agents at the dulwich branch and signed a contract. However, the agent then explained the landlord wanted more money (despite the contract having already been signed) and requested more money for the property (they didn't agree a price with the landlord before sending through the tenancy documents to us).
Since living here, we've found that; the heating doesn't work properly, hot water is intermittent, there is significant build up of mold in most parts of the property, maintenance from the company is terrible and hardly ever respond to issues, there is no fire alarm nor monoxide alarm and no extinguishing equipment.
Would advise not to go through these agents as they will happily get you into the property quickly, but will not disclose the issues with the property nor resolve them as efficiently.
Despite the pessimism, the staff are friendly and it is a shame that i feel i have to leave a bad review.

The sales team at haart in Dulwich were professional and approachable at all times and made the sales process a much more pleasant and stress free experience than expected. Lily and Nick in particular were super helpful and 'on the case' at all times. We were in a long chain and experienced a few unavoidable issues during the process but Lily was supportive, calm and patient throughout. I would recommend.

We got sent a draft contract with the wrong dates on it, and when i said that to him, he told me I have to notify the admin team of the changes, when this is his job and this is what we are paying fees for. he then went on to tell me actually no this isn't his job and i have to notify them myself. why did i pay £300 admin fees? the level of service has been disgusting. Two days before we move in and we know nothing, we haven't signed anything, been told about the inventory, nothing. i have basically been doing his job for him, and chasing everyone and i am disgusted at the level of service. He hasn't even bothered to say hello in emails, and given one word answers. do not use this estate agent they are cr*p.

Of the three agents we asked to value our property, the Branch Manager from haarts of Dulwich was by far the most helpful. The information given was comprehensive and explained in detail. The file was managed by Tim Holland and our property sold after only three/four weeks. Sales Progressor, Mrs Sandy Barnett, took over the case file and was professional but always friendly. Any problems or queries were dealt with speedily and efficiently. The whole selling process was relatively stress free and we would definitely highly recommend haarts of Dulwich to anyone wanting to sell their property.
