Ben Dickinson (Fleet branch of Hamptons International) is tenacious, attentive, polite but most of all was aware of exactly what sort of property we were looking for and did not give up until he found it. He listens! I cannot recommend him highly enough. As an estate Agent - as good as it gets. 5 stars.

I instructed Hamptons because of Ruth Fletcher - things changed when she retired in July. When I dis-instructed them at the beginning of October, I was told I had had 39 viewings. I doubt this figure but if it is correct many were done without my knowledge and I have never received feedback from ... Read Full Review
Richard Day could have been less aggressive and rude and just done his job in order to secure a sale. The others in the office had always been friendly if somewhat distracted at times. I needed my estate agents to work for their client and help me at this very stressful time. They chose not to.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
