Ben Dickinson (Fleet branch of Hamptons International) is tenacious, attentive, polite but most of all was aware of exactly what sort of property we were looking for and did not give up until he found it. He listens! I cannot recommend him highly enough. As an estate Agent - as good as it gets. 5 stars.

I instructed Hamptons because of Ruth Fletcher - things changed when she retired in July. When I dis-instructed them at the beginning of October, I was told I had had 39 viewings. What agent could do to change your mind?
Richard Day could have been less aggressive and rude and just done his job in order to secure a sale. The others in the office had always been friendly if somewhat distracted at times. I needed my estate agents to work for their client and help me at this very stressful time. They chose not to.
