We recently had the worst experience ever renting through another estate agency and were left in a very awkward situation. We had the good fortune of finding another beautiful house to let via Hamptons and i don't have enough words to say what a good experience it has been. Charlotte Rose from Hamptons was on hand all the time to give us advice and support, knowing our difficulties previously, she went far above and beyond what she had to do, helped us secure a lease at the lovely new property, the referencing process was painless, and once we moved into the new house Hamptons have been incredibly forthcoming offering help and support with anything we would need now we're in. So far it seems like the polar opposite of the experience we had before, and we couldn't be happier.
