Considering the amount of fees we paid to this agent, we felt customer service was sadly lacking. When asked to chase for information we were given the impression we were expecting too much. The agent could have been more helpful and at least have thanked us for our business considering the amount of fees paid.
The fee percentage was standard but considering the standard of service, we didn\'t feel it was value for money.

Terrible service, phone up on Tuesday to book a house viewing on Thursday at 5:30. Turn up 10 minutes early and wait until 5:40 with no sign of an agent. Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing... Read Full Review

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
