I cant find words to tell how pleased I have been with your service throughout this transaction, from the very beginning to the very end! Mostly, I have dealt with Meryl who has been so professional and accurate and given me very good advice in times when I need it. Very impressed and happy that I decided to choose you. Obviously, when choosing, I didn't know you and I can tell you that the main reasons was the offer letter which was written a bit personal compared to some other ones which where more standardized but also, that yours included a picture which gave it a more personal touch.

Considering the amount of fees we paid to this agent, we felt customer service was sadly lacking. When asked to chase for information we were given the impression we were expecting too much. What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have been more helpful and at least have thanked us for our business considering the amount of fees paid.

The fee percentage was standard but considering the standard of service, we didn\'t feel it was value for money.

Terrible service, phone up on Tuesday to book a house viewing on Thursday at 5:30. Turn up 10 minutes early and wait until 5:40 with no sign of an agent. Call up the office and speak to the person who is meant to be showing us around the house. They have apparently called me to confirm my viewing... Read Full Review
What agent could do to change your mind?
Train employees on customer service skills. Speak to prospective buyers directly rather than leaving ghost voicemails.
