I am in my mid 40's and have both rented and owned proprieties. I have moved over 20 times in the last 25 years. I have lived in London Brighton and Manchester. In all the years I have rented I have never had an experience like I had with Pavilion. Rob Austin is professional understanding and nonjudgemental. I felt like a valued customer from the start. I was treated with respect and real honesty. In truth I felt like I was being looked after by my big brother (sorry Rob if you are younger than me which I expect you are) but what I mean is that I felt that they took a close personal interest in my welfare and ensuring that things went smoothly for me. I am a single mother with two small children so that was very important to me. I was kept up to date through the whole process. In all my years of renting I have never never had service like that, I was quite stunned at first, but they(Rob) was truly AMAZING!! I would go so far as to say when I next need to rent/buy I would only deal with Pavilion Properties.
Comment on agent fees
I antically had the property with another agent, who we're appalling, they are Choices of brighton, They tried to keep my deposit after the deal feel through with them because the landlord did not want to deal with them after hearing how awful they were. And Rob helped my get my deposit back, he is brilliant. I digress, Pavilion cost my ‚£1000.00 pounds less than Choices. That is a lot of cash.
