Mortgage and Insurance - We will never use anyone else other than Jo Murgatroyd for our mortgage/insurance needs. Jo goes above and beyond to ensure our needs are/were met. Jo answered every email and telephone call within an hour. We even sent her an email at 10.36pm one evening and she had responded within 20 minutes. Jo's personality really makes you feel at ease and fills us with so most confidence.
We literally arrived for our appointment and provided her with our personal information and she did the rest. I imagined the process to be very difficult however it was a breeze and that was down to Jo. We could not sing her praises enough. Anyone (friends, family, Our company customers -Builders Merchants) who mention mortgages or insurance we instantly pass them Jo's details.
Manning Stainton are extremely lucky to have Jo working for them and she is a real credit to your company.
