We have been working with Neel at Macks Properties for over 3.5 years, ever since we moved into our flat, and have never had a negative experience. From dealing with contracts to addressing flat maintenance, he is professional, quick to respond, cheerful, responsible and a pleasure to work with. He takes such good care of us and our flat that we now consider him a friend as well as a property manager.
