Letting with Move has been a downhill slope. Viewing the property the agent clearly had not done any background research but it appeared suitable so I took it.
From then to letting the property I have sent numerous phone calls and emails which are often ignored and then they assume I know what is going on.
There has been little if not any contact between Move and my landlord and as a result I moved into a property with a broken fridge, boiler, lights, shower, door lock, kitchen tap and no hot water!
They told me only on the day I collected the keys that it was landlord managed not Move managed so I was stranded with a falling apart property! Absolutely ridiculous.
No one seems to know how anything in the flat works, anything about the bills, and the state that the last tenant has left it in! Plus I have no inventory so I am making one myself.
My deposit is still not protected and every time I ring up they are rude and unhelpful.
Stay well clear! Only giving 2 stars because Holly has been quite supportive throughout my time with Move, everyone else has been abismal.

Comment on agent fees
‚£150 for a lengthy application process. Those conducting the application were brilliant (experian and endsleigh) but the agency hadn't got back to me say they have received my application for days after experian and told me they have finished reviewing it!
