I haven't written an online review before, but Duncan Chase have been so useless, I feel compelled to let other people know.
Firstly, Bode was 50 minutes late for my viewing. Believe it or not.. he was probably the most competent of their staff.
Secondly, don't expect them ever to honour a time to "call you back". I came to them with a question a week ago which I had to call them every day to get an answer. Most annoyingly, when the guy did finally give me an answer, he tried to tell me that he called a few days prior and went to voicemail. He even said he believed he left an answer-phone message, but he was unsure. Needless to say, I have no voicemails or missed calls from him, this was bulls**t. In the end I had to tell them I wasn't leaving the phone call until I had received my answers. Fortunately Bode actually seemed like he cared about getting the answers and so after about 3 minutes of being on hold, he had a reply for me.

Firstly I just wanted to say how disappointed I was to read your review and comments in regards to Bode and Duncan Chase. We do have a strict code of practice and procedures that we adhere to and if any client is not satisfied with our level or service I would expect them to contact a manager at Duncan Chase to address their concerns. I never ever spoke to you or neither did you ever ask to speak to a manager about these issues. Even when you visited our offices to pick up the keys to the property you had another opportunity to address this to my self or the director.
We take great pride in working with all our clients, even if they show up to appointments 20 minutes late like you did in this instance but I can not understand why you would say Bode showed up 50 minutes late? He was at the property with an assistant manager Robert waiting for you.
Any way if there were any issues of concern, I would be more than happy to address these with you immediately and you can call me at the office 020 7700 4402 anytime and I would be pleased to speak to you.
It is not nice to write such an exaggerated version of events and in all honesty I feel we delivered a fantastic service to get the deal ready for you within a couple of hours of viewing with Bode and trying to liaise with you, your manager and accounts department whilst you got on a plane and flew out to Germany.
I hope that your issues with the landlords in regards to getting some items cleaned or replaced in the kitchen has not led you to believe that that was us at Duncan Chase.
