I used Connells Halesowen to try and sell my house. When the manager came round, they were the all singing all dancing company who sounded very good. However, nothing could have been further from the truth. I never received feedback, unless I rang at least twice to ask for it. They never called me to review the sales when after 7 months still no offers. When I called them to complain about this, Joanne stated that she would diary me in to call me in 3 weeks as we agreed that reducing the property may help - needless to say that I did not receive that call either. I finally withdrew my house from the market with them after wasting 7 months. I then called to ask about the cost for the EPC completed, to be told that I receive this in due course. About 2 weeks later, I receive a letter from their Debt Recovery branch demanding payment for an invoice that I had not paid so it has been passed to them to recover the debt!!
Oh and the feedback I did receive was never constructive. I had my last 2 viewings 3 weeks ago, which I have called once already for feedback and was assured they would call me back - nothing.
Avoid this company if you want to sell your house - complete waste of time and money. I am very annoyed that I did not read any reviews on them before signing up to them.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They should have given me feedback after each viewing. After 10 to 12 weeks they should have made contact to look at the property and assess why the property had not sold and what could be done.Attached Filesnbsp;
