Estate agent with no professionalism shown. Due to lack of basic admin on their part, i.e putting my offer forward to vendor in a timely manner, I lost out on the same property twice!!!

I do understand your frustration at not securing the property in Tilehurst which had a lot of interest, resulting in several offers including your own.

I apologise for any delays experiened as a result
and in the meantime would be more than happy to look after you personally to find another property to purchase if you are in agreement.
