i am a prospective buyer and have tried to view various properties via BM Thorton heath. Angelo absolutely refuses to use emails to send me the timetable of viewings each weekend for whatever reason. he then has given me various properties over the phone, wrong times, wrong budget by the time i get there. it takes us 2 hours to get to croydon so this is a complete waste of time.
one week i phoned up everyday to get an email but never was sent anything. every single one of my emails has been ignored ( around 20) and i have not once received a reply after Angela Cuff left the branch ( she was brilliant)

Very happy with service from this branch. Rented out my flat through them and all was quick, smooth and efficient. Found tennants in 1 week. No issues at all. No prob ending contract either. Would use again no problem....

...Just to make a point...I sold my property in February and after I lost 2 property which an offer place just because they didn't like the fact that I was buying somewhere else, in May I finally found a property that I liked, obviously from their portfolio,when was the time to get things going I find out that this guys didn't do a single step to moving forward.The buyer was stuck I was stuck for unknown reason, they did not and still not doing their job has should have be done.
