We used M&B in the purchase of our property. On the whole the service was very good and they accommodated all subsequent viewings once we were sold STC. We needed some additional details from the vendor ref kitchen supplier and M&B investigated this in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and helpful, but I will say that they didn't go above and beyond the usual service. An example of this is when we put our offer in to the agent at around 3:30pm on a Saturday and it was explained that we wouldn't hear back until Monday as the office closed at 4pm. I know that our estate agents (Maitlands) would have waited for an answer and got back to us, no matter what time it was and they also carried out viewings on Sundays which was great for working families. Overall a positive experience, but I wouldn't use M&B if I was selling my property as I didn't think they were motivated agents.
