My experience with Preston Baker has been nothing but exceptional, they went above and beyond what I was expecting from them and as a result I'm now renting a lovely room in a brilliant house with 4 other tenants who I equally have no complaints over whatsoever.
One of the main things I loved about Preston Baker was how much they cared about me and about finding me the ideal property to live in. It was clear that they are one of the best in the business and they fully deserve the awards they've earned. I had meetings and appointments with other estate agencies in York, and some of them were helpful, but only Preston Baker made me feel like they genuinely wanted to find me somewhere great to live.
I had the lovely Angela helping me in my search, and she did so much that I appreciated. Talking on the phone for ages to gauge my personality, considering how I'd get on with the other people already living in the house, driving me round from property to property, even going out of her way to come and give me the keys after the office closed and she had already gone home, because I'd got stuck in traffic on the drive up when I was moving in. It was an absolute pleasure being surprised at how much effort she put in to the whole package, and I'm incredibly grateful for her skills, expertise, effort, and results.
It's no exaggeration to say that if I hadn't contacted Preston Baker, I'd currently be living in some grotty horrible room in a drab knackered old house with people 20-30 years older than me, and I suspected that because I'm only 19, every other agent thought they could flog me somewhere rubbish and I wouldn't know any better. It's also not an exaggeration to say that Angela showed me the only three good properties that I saw in my entire search, so if you're looking for the best place to live and want to get it from one of the top estate agencies in the country, you know who to contact!
