I think CP Walkers provides an excellent service as a tenant. They look after any detail of the house when there is a problem. This is very important for me because due to my job I cannot be in the house most of the time. They are very professionals and provide an outstanding service in my opinion. I recommend this agent either if you are tenant or owner as they do the hard-paper work for me and the house it is not a problem.

A touch higher than I'm used to around Notts, but cheaper than places down South. So I'd say the fees are acceptable. (No one likes handing over hard earned cash for what feels like "nothing"!)
