On first meeting Sarah for my valuation I was met with a very friendly ,warm positive character and instantly felt at ease. I will admit to feeling quite shocked and delighted with the valuation and was amazed that within a few days my house sold for full asking price. Throughout the whole process the team were very professional, quick to respond and reassuring. In all they are a very happy, smiley and professional estate agent!

Dear Toby, I have been an estate agent for 12 years and never been accused of this. The facts are the vendor came to see me on sat 7th dec and said they had an offer from you but wanted more. I told them to ask you for more. I recieved a call from a potential buyer at 9.15am on monday the 9th Dec and booked a viewing for Friday the 13th Dec as that was the earliest day they could do.
