Prospect Estate Agent and specifically Daniel Sponder made our stressful life so much easier. We are at the moment setting uo business, having a baby and looking for a house to live. Daniel was extremely professional, approachable and very friendly. he took the stress away and sorted everything for us. he found us properties, organised viewings and even drove us to them. He instantly knew what we desired and where. He friendly professional approach was second to none. The whole prospect experience is just so much more attractive, so much more professional and very welcoming. It is the first time i have used prospect in over ten years of renting and i certainly will now be using them for everything in the future, if its renting again or buying or selling a house. I was just so impressed with Daniel Sponder. Myself and my wife are very thankful to him, he was very understanding on timings also, especially when we were in and out of hospital at the same time. Well done daniel and Thank you!! prospect get a maximum star rating from me.

You are absolutely right! They are in only for the money and almost all of them are unprofessional. They try to, but don't succeed! They are always on the side of the landlords and are trying to rip the other side off and do not care!
