Walton Robinson have been excellent.
We used Walton Robinson to find a property to rent in Newcastle city centre.
Walton Robinson had a large range of properties available to rent and were very happy to show us around the ones that we liked the look of.
Unfortunately the property that we liked the most had been let before we made our decision however Walton Robinson contacted us immediately to let us know and also helped us to find another similar property.
All the staff at Walton Robinson have been very friendly and helpful and they also made the process of getting the flat very easy (paperwork and such).
We are now looking forward to moving into our new flat very soon and will definitely use Walton Robinson in the future.

Your reply is not true. This is exactly what hapened to us.Firstly, could only get 4 keys upon tenancy starting. Finally got the other 2 after threatening to withhold 2 lots of rent! Banister broken when we moved in, which was a Health & Safety breech, as was the painting of

Unfortunately if properties are not returned as they were handed over then it can take some time for deposits to be returned to tenants. We have to arrange for works, await invoices and liaise with landlords before we are able to release any amounts.
