I agree with the other reviews on this site. I have just left a tenancy with Urban Base after 6 months, i just had enough. When i moved in the inventory was completely incorrect, the property was filthy and there were urgent repairs required. I contacted them on a daily basis and it took a full 6 months to get everything working to the reasonable stand it should off been when i first moved in. I paid $200 to 'hold' the property and a further £325 in admin fees. For that you expect a great service and instead you get an incredibly lazy and slow attempt to keep you quiet.

Paid ‚£525 in total and entered a property without working locks, lights, and other parts. Also had no paperwork, inventory was incorrect and the property was filthy. They had no interest - just want the money!

Horrible service in Durham branch, the staff there has the worst attitude I've ever seen, they just don't explain to you all the details, so you have to explore all the details yourself, otherwise you will be ripped off. The admin fee is 199+half month ...
