Our experience of dealing with Gascoigne Halman on the sale of our house has been brilliant - their advice has been measured and very clear.
Markus' experience and guidance in particular was very helpful in deciding a competitive marketing price for our property with us, and also in helping us to decide which offer to take.

Our house sold within the first day it went to market, and we were thrilled to achieve over our asking price. I have no doubt that this was down to the effort Gascoigne Halman put in; their experience, emphasis on quality and integrity showed in spades.
We found the whole team in the branch a pleasure to deal with, particularly James, who was conscientious and professional.

I'd happily recommend them to anyone, and would definitely use them again!
