Very Unimpressed. A dishonest company who refused to clean my rented accommodation on moving in, even though they admit they did not clean it after the previous tenant. On moving out, they persisted to charged for a deep clean at the end, along with accusing me of removing items of furniture from the property to the value of a few hundred pounds. They later found these items....exactly where they were supposed to be on the inventory. I never even signed an ingoing inventory!
Bottom line, months of hassle, dishonest tactics and frankly illegal.
However their employees are very friendly. They should probably get a job for a new agency!
