I strongly believe that the whole team in London Property Guru Ltd are extremely professional. I bought my place more than a year ago and it was for rental market with the same agent I bought from. Coincidently I got to know Edvis in London Property Guru Ltd and he saw my unit. But before they can start working on the place my unit went rent by other agent so I couldn't use the service from London Property Guru Ltd.
However once my tenants decided to leave and had their notice in, I did contact London Property Guru Ltd and I was very impressed that how quick and efficient they managed to get the place rented to a fantastic tenant before even other agents can get the place advertised in online portals.
The quickly advertised my place in all the inline portals and in a very fast turnaround they managed to have many viewings in one or two days. I was not even in the country when Edvis confirmed that the place is rented and he sent me the documents for signatures.
I even didn't see my tenants or didn't even go to the agency and everything went extremely well in my absence.
Although I chose to manage the property myself and so I pay a lower rate to London Property Guru Ltd, but they are kind and professional enough to even get some of the problems in the unit sorted before the new tenant moves in in my absence without even charging me.
I am extremely happy with the service from London Property Guru Ltd and strongly recommend others to use them.
