We are renting a flat through your agency for nearly 2 years and we are totally happy with the service we are getting from you. Starting with looking at the property, (then we were dealing with Guv, who was very professional), then in the 2 years dealing with different problems (luckily not too many) your staff (Mandeep, Karen, John, Daniel) was always very quick to respond, professional. I am sure if we have any problem they will do what they can and we do understand that in many cases they need the landlord's approval first. We have the problem with our boiler right now, and in this case I was dealing with 2-3 members of your staff and I think everyone was very helpful and if one of them is out of office the others are happy to help. As I mentioned, luckily we had very few problems so far, but we are perfectly happy to rent through your agency, as you have the right people who does care and do always a really fantastic customer service. If any of our friends need an agency, I am more than happy to suggest to get in contact with you.

I wouldn't say they are lowest in Docklands, but at the same time the are far lesser than Foxtons, Outlook, Alan Harvey, etc... Unlike other agents, their agent fees include check-in/check-out as well.
