We had an awful service from Bridgefords agent. On the day we had to move to our new flat, we were told in the morning that the current tenants couldn´t still move out. We went to check the flat to see the situation and we found out that the tenants were told to move one week later.
We had to fix everything by ourselves with the landlord, who provided us a provisional flat to stay. Meanwhile our agent was still assuring that we would move in that day in the afternoon.
The situation was a complete mess due to the incapacity of the agent to arrange the things properly in advance and the miscommunication of the agent with the landlord, almost leaving us sleeping in the street
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have done the job properly, as the amount of money we paid to them was large enough to justify a better treatment. As the agency did not fulfill with their job, we should be at least partially refunded.

What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have done the job properly, as the amount of money we paid to them was large enough to justify a better treatment. As the agency did not fulfill with their job, we should be at least partially refunded.
