Utterly and absolutely appalling. I will not go into every detail but they WILL try anything they can once you are in a property of theirs. They WILL justify anything they do but working around your circumstances and when they can't do that they will simply claim 'Dispute it with the landlord' (e.g., forget to hand your keys in for any number of reasons (could have been run over or family member in hospital etc) and they are aware you do not live local enough to just drop them in... 'the locks are currently being changed its too late we are sending you a bill now'.) They are able to do this because they know that you cannot be present to check the validity of their claim or resolve it immediately. Second example, we were billed for a huge cleaning bill despite cleaning the house top to bottom. When asked why such a bill they proceeded to claim that we needed to mow the lawn even though we had no lawn mower provided, and when disputed further the good old classic line of 'dispute it with your land lord' is chucked out. Basically they are a waste of time, literally choose ANYWHERE else but here.
