S elling our property proved to be more difficult that anyone first realised. It is a lovely property but it has lease problems that are still unresolved. During the sale, problems were also experienced with a problematic neighbour. Several offers had been accepted over the selling period but only the last one went through to exchange.
Throughout this extremely stressful and difficult period for us, Jon, Sam and Amanda of The St Ives branch of Bradleys remained, patient, supportive and most important of all, they remained totally optimistic. They stopped us from becoming seriously depressed and saw to it that wee did not give up hope. In the end, they were right and we have sold our property. We are very satisfied that they have got us the best price we could possibly have hoped for under the circumstances.
