I sold my house in 57 days with Haart of Ilford.
I called in Haart on the 17th April and spoke to Asha. Myself and my son sat down with Asha and explained that we wanted a quick and stress free sale transaction. The sale was completed on 13th June. How did this happen?
The service provided was more of a consultancy than a sales visit. Asha was more interested in how we wanted to be treated, what pace we wanted to go at, how quickly we wanted to move and any other requirements that we had in mind. She took all of our requirements into consideration and recommended the Prime Brochure service. This service meant that potential buyers would be able to find our house easily, as the brochure listed photos of your home, local areas of interest e.g. schools, doctors surgery etc online.
I would advise that you are very open and honest about your requirements and take the advice that is given to you by Haart as they are very knowledgeable. If getting the most money is important to you then be up front about it, if like me it's more important that the sale is stress free then be open about it. Having sold in the pass I'd say being open and honest with Asha Haart made the whole sale so pain free. They worked very hard to make the sale as stress free as possible. The whole process was very professional and I felt very valued by the whole Haart team. I would definitely recommend and use Haart again.
Also offered as part of the Prime service was an introduction to Premier Property lawyers, I've bought and sold 2 houses and this has been the highest level of conveyance that I've experienced. Being able to see my documents and transactions online in real time was for me the icing on the cake. Don't assume because they are not based locally the level of service would be less efficient, in truth it was more efficient and very transparent. My main contact was Dharmy and he was terrific and very knowledgeable and he made me feel very confident about the sale.
