They had my house for sale for 8 weeks sole agency. It was priced realistically, 3 viewings, no real feedback at all, I thought the photos did not show the house off very well and no floor plan. No updates at all from them about what they were doing to sell it. I think if they sell a house it's because they get lucky not because they are proactive agents.
