I have let two properties on the market back in December 2013 with 2 letting agents, one is part of a big chain and second a small independent, both said the market is very slow and to reduce the rent or leave it till end January when the market will pick up. I was driving to Brighton and saw this car which caught my eye which had Brighton Homes on it, called them and Nigel came and saw me the same day and said he can have this left before Christmas and in fact he had some tenants on his books that this property would be perfect for them. I gave him the keys and within 4 hours both properties had tenants lined up. I have been with these guys for the last 8 months and they have been fantastic. Punctual, committed, professional and helpful at all times, would recommend them unreservedly. In particular, Josh Ottaway and Paul Harris, they are an asset to the organisation
I was contacted by Paul Harris to discuss renewing the tenancy agreement with my tenants. We discussed the current rental value of the property and what my bottom line would be in terms of negotiating an increase. Paul's suggestion of going in at a slightly higher figure proved to be correct as he was successful at the first attempt in obtaining an increase from both tenants. I was very pleased with the service provided and the speed in which this matter was resolved. Thanks once again. You guys are fantastic.
