Clear, down to earth communication. Not pushy or agendaed. Honest about timescales and requirements at beginning of tenancy. First time renting so explained process and fees patiently. Really smooth transition into property, fast service. Prearranged all contacts with utilities etc. Responsive (prompt) to contacts and problems (not many). Available, flexible and very personable.
