We have been with Property Explorer, as tenants, for the last seven years. They are the most reliable, trustworthy, professional and pleasant company to have dealings with. We have rented with other companies in Basingstoke but none have ticked all the boxes as Property Explorer.
There maintenance team are always courteous, professional and carry out any work with care and consideration. Any problems are dealt with as quickly as possible and follow up communication is top priority. We are always kept informed and love the personal touch, that Rachel and Lisa manage to show, even though we rent just one of the many properties currently with them.
As a lettings company in Basingstoke, we can highly recommend them whether you are a prospective tenant or landlord.

We were let down by another Estate Agent and the Property Explorer came round the same day, they even had photos on the internet the next day. Extremely helpful staff, polite, professional and also very honest. Very reasonable fees too. We had a deal that was marketed with a flyer through the door for a 0.75% fee. It was not stated on the flyer that this was excluding VAT, so when the invoice came through we were a little surprised as we had budgeted on a flat 0.75% fee.
