We can not speak highly enough of Neel Patel and Mack's properties. Throughout our tenancy Neel always ensured that any issues we came across however small would be dealt with quickly and professionally. Even when we made the decision to end our agreement before the full contract period, he was fair and understanding and did the utmost to ensure everything was sorted out quickly so that we could leave when we needed to including making sure our deposit was paid back to us ASAP. Neel is no doubt a very trustworthy individual and we would definitely consider contacting him and Mack's properties again in the future when we decide to move again. Overall, couldn't be happier with our contact with Mack's and look forward to dealing with Neel again at some point.
