We used Preston Baker to sell our home, after seeing how they supported our son during a house move about a year ago. Everyone we dealt with was professional and efficient. They weren't the cheapest in town, but well worth the additional cost for the support and work required to complete the sale. James identified a potential purchaser for us before the house pictures were taken, and we sold in double quick time.
Needless to say, things weren't straightforward [are they ever?] and this is where Karen, the progressions manager, came into her own. Initially she rang with weekly progress calls, but once a problem was identified further down the chain, she became the glue that held the chain together. I really believe that without her, this sale would have fallen through, leaving five very disappointed families. As it was, she was tenacious, proactive and determined. When the sale went through she sounded almost as happy as we were. This lady is worth her weight in gold - she kept me [almost] sane through the trials approaching exchange of contracts. Our ninth house sale/purchase, and the first time I have honestly been able to say the agents were great. Highly recommended, thank you.

We paid the top 1.5 % for what turned out to be a pityful excuse of customer service. Will never use them or recommend them to anyone - cheaper options out there. Dont waste your money on them, youll likely be very disappointed.
