One of the worst agencies I have ever dealt with. Extremely unprofessional.
We had an appointment to see a flat and the agent called with just 20 min before the appointment to let us know that the landlord doesn't want to give him they keys to the property and he will come back to us in 10 min with a response. We waited 1 hour in front of the property and realised there was a different agency renting that apartment so we decided to go to that agency and ask what is happening.
Turns out that the property was already rented.
We came from such a long way and asked for a day off at work for this to happen. Waste of time, please AVOID them as their words mean nothing.

I do recall this incident, unfortunately the landlord (which we had a long professional relationship with previous to this) had not informed us that another agent had actually rented the property, he had led my colleague on by delaying in giving the keys over to him.
Apologies for the inconvenience that we had caused, it had also caused our company a lot of stress as we do not like to let people down and we also lost out on closing a deal and we no longer let these properties in question as another agent now deals with them since this time.
