If you want a SHABBY service with poor communication, terrible service and a lack of the truth at all times do go ahead and squander money this branch. It is no surprise that the Ombudsman is now interested in this area of the UK regarding this terrible firm of estate agents. They have had so many chances to improve, but do not do so... PLEASE TAKE NO NOTICE of their glossy TV advertising campaign... it really is a service not as they depict. KEEP AWAY at all costs.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Retrain entire company, reduce fees as they the costs are high for despicable service, teach the staff how to communicate and also the values of honesty.
