Once again problem with the boiler - this time we have been told by ab arrogant man that because there was no one at home when the engineer arrived I can wait with "my" boiler until Monday - that's despite the fact that I told him that my wife and two kids are our but will be back in one minute as they are just round the corner.
The worst agency I've ever dealt with interested ONLY in your money. Last time we waited two weeks for the boiler to be fixed, in the middle of the winter with no hot water. I wander how long it will take them now. Disgrace.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Change the guy receiving the 'Emergency calls' - he is the most arrogant person I've ever spoken to. Massive damage to your image.
