I popped into the office by pure chance with my partner and was instantly greeted by Josh. We explained what we wanted and our price range and he came up with a beautiful property nearby. We asked him when was it possible to view and within 2 minutes we were in his car and on the way there. During the viewing, there was no pressure and we both felt so comfortable to a point that we both agreed that this was prefect for us. Back in the office minutes later his college Shannon did all the paperwork so quickly, answering all the question smoothly that me and my partner fired at them both. They did all the checks and got back to us within hours and everything was completed. Very seldom have we experienced such amazing warm customer service. I have prior to this contacted a number of letting places and going them quite unhelpful and was taken back by how lovely we were treated by Josh and Shannon from LV. Without a shadow of doubt, I would recommend this lovely company to everyone who wants to be treated with respect and friendliness plus the fact they have beautiful places on their books and appear to only deal with respectable landlords.
