The property was on the market for about 9 months before a buyer was found. Some of the prospective buyers had not been suitable for the property eg they found the location too quiet, to big a garden, road too close etc. despite reading the very good brochure details for the property. Since a buyer has been found the Company has worked hard to complete the sale and have always been cheerful and helpful in all our dealings and communications.
