Be aware with this Agency, they only cares for get the deposit and they did not care about the issues with the flat. In addition to, attention with the contracts and conditions, they always stolen money from your deposit. In my case they stolen 60 GBP for a check out that they did not performed (an as well a check in); also they stolen 30 GBP fee for refund the deposit by transfer bank!! Imagine that you send to them 30 GBP less of deposit for your bank fees.
In addition to, they forget to manage the renewal and I have been without contract for 2 weeks. Finally, I talked with the Landlord and he manage it with the agency.
In conclusion, if you are a tenant try to avoid this agency. Only the positive feedback comes from the Landlords.
