We recently moved from one Reeds Rains managed property to another. Ian was a great help, he was very quick to respond to emails and resolve any queries that we had. I have found Reeds Rains very professional and fair. The only downside as a tenant is the quarterly inspections of our home. I would prefer these to be twice yearly if it can be seen that you look after the property. Other than this, we have been very happy with the renting process. Thanks.
