Kerry promised to find the property we were looking for, and came up trumps. Her vivacious personality, and determination to find what we wanted was everything You need in an estate agent. Kerry was friendly, polite, helpful but above all, treated us like a friend, and constantly kept in touch, and gave updates throughout the purchase, which made buying the property so much easier.
If all estate agents were like Kerry, Sarah and Wesley, clients lives would be made SO much easier.

Dear Toby, I have been an estate agent for 12 years and never been accused of this. The facts are the vendor came to see me on sat 7th dec and said they had an offer from you but wanted more. I told them to ask you for more. I recieved a call from a potential buyer at 9.15am on monday the 9th Dec and booked a viewing for Friday the 13th Dec as that was the earliest day they could do.
