Andrew did an excellent job in selling us our new house in Reigate. He was always very approachable and handled the most stressful problems in a very calm and capable way. He would deal with things straight away, we never had to ask him twice. I would highly recommend Gasgoigne Pees.

They can't release deposit for 6 weeks now. Don't reply to phone calls, don't keep me update, excuses about system being down, trasfering money within 5 days, etc. They missed 10 days deadline and still can't explain what is going on....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have helped us to leave earlier, actually expressed an interest in our situation and sorted out the bedbugs. And returned the deposit or reimbursed us for the thousands of pounds it cost.

TERRIBLE AGENCY!!!!!! Left the property clean and in good condition, no problem raised by landlord. However, Gascoigne Pees still have my deposit over 1 month on from vacating. Will also mislead you by sneakily switching the power to Spark Energy before you move in....
